Eligibility:
1.The family should have a girl child below 10 years of age.
2.There should be a Sukanya Samriddhi Account or SSA, which has been opened in any Indian bank, in the name of the girl child in the family.
3.The girl child should be a resident Indian. NRI citizens do not possess eligibility for the BBBP scheme.
UJJAWALA SCHEME
Eligibility:
1.Applicant ( woman only) must have attained 18 years of age.
2.There should not be any other LPG connection from any OMC in the same household.
3.Adult woman belonging to any of the following categories – SC, ST, Pradhan Mantri Awas Yojana (Gramin).
SAKHI NIWAS YOJANA
Hostel facility is provided on rent under the Sakhi Niwas Yojana in different regions of India. Only working women and their children are allowed to stay in this hostel. Many women work in cities far away from their homes, for which this scheme has been started to provide security. Earlier this scheme was known as Working Women Hostel.
